  • Pre-existing conditions and stains. We are not liable for existing scratches, damage hidden by dirt, or set-in stains that cannot be safely removed.
  • Personal belongings. Please remove all valuables. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
  • Mechanical and electrical. We are not responsible for existing mechanical or electrical failures, like window motors or sensors.
  • Aged or loose parts. We are not liable for brittle plastics, loose trim, emblems or buttons that may come off during deep cleaning.
  • Child safety seats. If moved for cleaning, we do not re-install child seats. The owner must make sure they are secured before driving.
  • Paint and clear coat. We are not liable for existing road rash, paint chips or peeling clear coat getting worse.
